a lawn fawn layout with mists and smiles

hey there! it's samantha m here again!
have you hopped along with the lawnscaping facebook inspiration team this weekend? if not - be sure to check out the hop! there are prizes!! and oh yeah...maybe even a little extra inspiration to get your creative mojo dancing! :)

today i am sharing a layout i created with about 6 lawn fawn stamp sets! yeah - wow! :) the most recent challenge just ended, but it was all about using hearts and dots, so i took that theme and ran with it!

here's my layout - it all it's mist-y glory!

that's my littlest little mann (last, last decmeber! 2012, ha!) when he woke up one morning! so full of smiles! i had to snap a picture...despite the fact that it was suuuuuuper early in the morning!
first i sprayed some gold mist over a stencil to create the sunburst over the patterned paper. so fun! then i took some black and yellow mists and splattered them here and there.

the main title of the page was created by die cutting a lot of letters over and over again, and glueing them together to give dimension! then i stamped the corresponding quinn's abc's over the letters.

the sun is paper pieced (from the sunny skies stamp set), and i gave him a little companion sun - the smiley face from say cheese! my favorite part is the stamped sentiment from love 'n breakfast that i stamped right onto the picture! it looks so perfect!

oh - the date was stamped from say cheese too, at the bottom of the layout. :)
then at the top, i used the how delightful stamp set to repeatedly stamp a lovely saying over and over!  throw in a dash of black, flat sequins and some team enamel dots and that's the layout! :)

be sure to come back on monday for the next lawnscaping challenge! i'm so excited! this weekend is FULL of lawn fawn goodness!
enjoy!
