Season's Tweetings (Using a non-holiday stamp set)

Hello, hello!!  Kari here with you once again to share another project.  Like many of us stampers, we always want to get the most out of our products that we buy, especially our stamps.  For today, I will be using a stamp set that wasn't originally designed as a holiday stamp set.  I also want to put out there that if there are those of you that don't have this Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Feathered Friends that was designed by Lawn Fawn, I am really sorry that it isn't available.  It was one of those if you saw it, and wanted it, you needed to pick it up while supplies last.

I am happy I did pick this one up.  I love the bigger size of these cute birdies that Lawn Fawn is known for.

I started out by inking up my white card panel that I die cut using the small stitched rectangle stackables from lawn fawn, with some Distress Ink in Evergreen Bough and Broken China.  I then stamped my wires and my birds, and I colored them in with my Copic Markers.  All the supplies I used are listed in the description of the video below.  Once I was done with my coloring and I added Wink of Stella to my birdies, I inked up the Season's Tweetings sentiment from Winter Sparrows in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I die cut a piece of pattern paper from the Oh, Deer 6x6 from Fancy Pants and I adhered that my Pure Poppy card base.

If you'd like to see how I put this card together - you can watch the how to video below :)
