How to Make A Shaker Card // Soy Happy For You

Hello!

It's Tracy here and I'm going to share how to make a shaker card with you.  These are my favorite cards, because who doesn't love sequins?!?!  They also look like they are hard to make, but they really aren't.  You are sure to impress the recipient with this home-made card!
