Hello hello everyone! Happy Monday to you all! Can you believe it is June already? This Thursday is my son's last day of Kindergarten, sniff sniff... 

We have a fun challenge in store for you! Patterned paper. I don't know if you are like me, but I hoard patterned paper and rarely use it!!! So whether you use patterned paper all the time or not enough, this challenge is perfect for you! You can incorporate any kind of patterned paper technique into you project. You can paper piece, us it as a background, break out those border punches. etc.....

Allow me to introduce to you our June Guest Designer, who really needs no introduction. She is all over the crafty web and a regular player of the Lawnscaping Challenges! Please welcome Virginia Lu!

Hello! It’s Virginia here! I’m blessed with two wonderful children and a loving and supportive husband. In my little world, I help manage my hubby’s medical office. When NOT working, I love creating cards, making layouts and cooking yummy food. I studied languages and have a Master’s Degree in Education. I have never dreamed of becoming passionate about paper-crafting. I fell in love with stamping and card-making over 16 years ago. However, I only became active and passionate about my hobby in Fall 2008.  Working with stamps and paper is so fun and therapeutic. I often find myself thinking/dreaming about stamps as I love to maximize the use of each stamp in most creative ways. Lawnscaping Challenge has been awesome in challenging me to use Lawn Fawn Stamps with all kinds of designs, techniques and styles. In my near future, I hope I can challenge myself to use Lawn Fawn stamps in making layouts. I am so excited and honored to be June’s guest designer!

Another special treat we have in store for you today is the fabulous Heather Innusa is also guesting with us for this challenge! I have always admired her talent for paper piecing so it was a obvious choice to ask her to guest design for this challenge! Thanks Heather!
