Winner: World Card Making Day Challenge - Frosty Friends

Hello there!!!   Just wanted to pop in quick and announce the winner from our World Card Making Day Challenge and the winner of the adorable stamp set by Lawn Fawn, Making Frosty Friends...  I decided it was fair to let Random.org choose the winner this time.  So I took all the comments and amount of entries (making sure the rules were followed), plugged in the number and came up with the winner:
