Happy 2012 everyone!!!!!!!!!! And Happy Birthday to Lawnscaping! I can not believe our challenge is one year old today!!!!!! To celebrate, we have a prize for every one of you! That's right, what's a birthday without presents!
Our fabulously talented design team member,
Melania Deasy, has designed an ADORABLE digi stamp for this occasion and we would like to offer this set up as a gift to you, our followers and participants! Without you, we wouldn't have reached our first birthday.
Deasy, thank you SO much for designing this set and allowing us to share it..... If you use it on your projects, please be sure to link back to this post and give Deasy credit where credit is due, because this set is FANTASTIC! You can access the stamp set
here for better printing and here is a sneak peak at what she designed:
And now for this week's challenge: You guessed it! BIRTHDAY!!!! Create anything birthday themed. A card, layout, invitations, gift, decorations, etc.....
Our fabulous sponsor for this challenge is
Simon Says Stamp! They have graciously offered up a $25 gift certificate to the Queen of Green!
I would also like to introduce to you our Guest Designer for January. Ruby of
Ruby2Shoes!!
My name is Ruby McGuire. I have a gorgeous 12 year old daughter, a man that treats me like a princess, two lovely step daughters and a totally mad dog called Lulu! I live in Berkshire in the UK, about an hour and a half from London. I am a vanilla coffee addict and a self confessed chocoholic! I love old films, reading, making cards and more recently other paper crafted projects. I’m on a few design teams both here and in the US.
I am a huge Lawn Fawn fan so am really excited to be part of the Lawnscaping challenges this month. I love how Lawn Fawn’s designs bring out the fun side of my card making and how images always make me happy!
Ruby made an adorable birthday photo book so be sure to head on over to her blog where you can see her book page by page!
And now let's check out what the rest of the design team made. All the Lawn Fawn stamp sets used in these projects will be linked at the end of this post!
Melania made a fabulous birthday spread here! PARTY ON!
Lynette made a cute winter birthday scene complete with pom pom hats!
Tamara combined 7 Lawn Fawn stamp sets in her layout! WOWZERS!
Ayana made the perfect bunch of balloons, wouldn't you say?
Christy's flawless coloring and bright, colorful card makes me smile!
Britta's card is fantastic! Love the glittery present and the adorable custom background!
