My name is Laurel and I live in sunny Florida, where I have lived my entire life! I'm short and love to laugh. I am afraid of heights but am married to a Navy Pilot. We have a gorgeous 6 year old son..... I was introduced to stamping a few years ago when I wanted to make a teacher's gift for my son's teachers. I created the most horrific altered clipboard on the face of the planet. I like to think I have improved since then! I would define myself as a very clean and simple card designer, rarely using a lot of embellishments on one card. My favorite techniques are embossing and incorporating distress ink techniques into my projects. I have a new love for Copic coloring and am enjoying learning how to use them. I also love building patterns and backgrounds out of stamps. It is no surprise my favorite stamps are Lawn Fawn stamps, thus the idea of Lawnscaping! In addition to crafting, I am crazy about APPLE products and Coke Zero. You can view my projects on my blog or over on my youtube channel.
I’m from Gothenburg, Sweden where I live with my husband and our sweet 3-year-old son. I have been doing arts and crafts, sewing, drawing, water color painting, paper crafting etc. for as long as I can remember, so it was no surprise that I chose that path for my career and studied arts and crafts with a focus on textiles for 5 years at Gothenburg university. I have how now been teaching textile crafts and language full time (45 h/week) at Ytterby Highschool; 7-9grade, for 15 years. I LOVE my students and my job but always wish I had more time for paper crafting (-: . I adore Kelly's cute Lawn Fawn images and I am super excited to be on the Lawnscaping team! I live in Indianapolis with my sweet husband of nearly 4 years, Carlin. We are active in our church, and love the Indianapolis Colts. I’ve always had a love for all sorts of crafts. Paper-crafting, specifically card making is a passion of mine. I love the escape that card-making provides, and that I can complete one in a relatively short amount of time. Plus, who doesn’t love receiving a handmade card in the mail? It’s so nice to know that someone’s day will be brightened when they open their mailbox and find something besides bills and junk-mail. I love Lawn Fawn stamps, so being part of the Lawnscaping Design Team gives me another reason to break out these fun and whimsical stamps. This challenge blog is unique in that each challenge is different but all are loads of fun. Please visit my blog!

Hi, I'm Christy, and I'm a writer, a reader, a world-traveler, a dreamer, a friend. I've made my home in such exotic locals as Honduras, Germany, and Cameroon, West Africa, before returning to my hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania to settle down and raise my beautiful family. I've been married ten years to my soulmate, and I have three wonderfully precocious boys ages 11, 9, and 7. I've always been a crafty girl, but I didn't discover paper crafting until January of 2010. At the same time, I started my blog to document my journey. I've put my heart into card making, specifically, because it's all about putting love on paper and giving it away. I also work part-time as the floral designer in a local craft store.
Hi everyone! My name is Melissa, or Mel if you're feeling lazy and don't want to type it all out! I'm a true crafter (read *hoarder of all things pretty*) and I love playing with stamps, paper and glue. I mostly make cards because the canvas is so small I can complete a project quickly (and by quickly I mean in less than 5 or 6 hours, which is how long it takes to do a scrapbook layout!). I do scrapbook and love to make tags! I've always said my style is "nomadic" because I tend to dabble in all kinds of styles. I adore the crafting community. It's so fun to meet people from around the world and come together for a common hobby. So the boring stuff--I'm in my EARLY 30's, married to my college sweetheart (awwwww) and we have one...here it comes...1 fur child from the canine clan! A few fun facts: I've been skydiving, I've moved over 30 times in my life and I have a BA in Criminology/Sociology/Psychology! I live in beautiful Colorado! That's me! Please come see my blog! Or my Flickr gallery.
I live on Cape Cod, in Massachusetts, with my kitty Mister Harley. I've been papercrafting for over 10 years, and have played multiple roles in the paper craft industry as an independent store manager, designer and teacher. With a degree in graphic design, I am also Copic and Ranger certified. I recently became part of the Lawnscapings Challenge Design Team. I love to show people new and clever ideas to design their cards and projects. I have a flair for the "artsy-fartsy" without going over the top. I design my projects in the way to inspire, but not intimidate. I am eager to share my creative passions with others and encourage artistic growth. You can read more about her, and her handsome kitty Mister Harley on her blog {creative chick} http://www.shurkus.com
I'm Chrissie and I live in a suburb of Chicago, IL with my husband, son, daughter and crazy Husky. I've been into arts and crafts for as long as I can remember. I started scrapbooking back in 1997, but really just hoarded supplies until a few years ago when I reconnected with a old friend from Jr. High. Once we realized we both had papercrafting in common, my love for papercrafts was rekindled and I've been obsessed ever since! I am a Graphic Designer at my 'day job,' so I love coming home and getting inky instead of staring at a computer screen.
