Handmade notebooks!

Hello Lawnscapers!!

Happy Saturday!!
It's Lenny from the FIT here with you today!
Last month, I made some Post-it note holders and now I decided to make some
matching notebooks.
Not really matchy matchy, because for the Post-it note holders, I used some
Lawnfawndamental notecards ... but there aren't any coordinating patterned papers.
The notebooks look the same though, but they are bigger than the Post-it note holders.

Here are some photos . . .

For a book list ... ?

Small travel journal ...

I used some 12X12 patterned papers and cut them to this size:
15.2 cm x 30.5 cm  (in inches: 5.9 x 12)
I scored at 14 cm (5.5 inch) and then at 28 cm (11 inch).
After you fold the notebook, it's easier when you cut a strip from the front cover,
that way the little flap on the right side will fold over better.
I used some computer paper for the inside; size: 14 cm x 24 cm (5.5 inch x 9.4)

Thanks for poppin' by today!!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!

And ... there's still some time left to play along with our current challenge: CAS!!

  1. Like the notebooks. Not sure if I understand what you meant by cutting a strip from front cover. Would like to see the inside also.

    1. I believe she means that you should cut off a sliver of the cardstock on the right side that will be under that flap with the hole. It will close flatter that way.
