Guest Designer Lisa Spangler rocks our sentiment challenge

We have the fabulous Lisa Spangler joining us this month and she has created a spectacular card for our current challenge!

I love how she outlined the images in color! That is just brilliant!

The colored panel is popped up and the striped background really shines here!  Love the addition of the sequins as well.  LOVE IT!
