Sending Hedgehugs!!

Hello and happy Sunday Everyone! Isha here from the Facebook Inspiration Team. Today, I decided to share a cute CAS mixed media card with you.

I used some text tissue paper, embossing paste, vellum, gesso, All purpose Ink by Tsukineko and some stencil to create this look.
Aren't these hedgies cute :) Love these.

First I applied a little gesso to my mat layer. Then, adhered the strips of tissue paper. Now it was time to add some color onto it. I used the All Purpose ink for this effect. Then I applied some embossing paste through a stencil. I colored and fussy cut the images :)

Love Life!

Hello Everyone! Isha here from the Facebook Inspiration Team. As you know our current challenge theme is "Dimension". So I decided to share a card with you showing various ways to get dimension onto you card.

I used embossing paste, die-cut the front panel and used 3D foam to raise it, I also used some textured watercolor paper. The stamped images are on the card base, behind the die-cut window, so that is added dimension :) I really enjoyed creating this card.

Hope this inspires you to create and have fun with dimension. There is still time to participate. Click HERE for more details.

Make a Wish

Hello Everyone!! Isha here from the Facebook Inspiration Team.
Today I'm sharing a card featuring the chalkboard technique using Prismacolors and some chalk pencils. I've also created my own background using the tiny stamps which we usually overlook. To add some color to the black and white background, I just flicked some firework sprays.

This little monster is so cute, I love it!

Have a great sunday!

I die cut some of the leaf dies using vellum and glitter paper. I colored some of the leaves. Then I stamped and colored the images and created this cluster. The flap of the envelope is onto the back side, so you can easily open and close it.

Home Sweet Home

Hello Everyone!! Isha here from the facebook inspiration team, sharing my very first card on the blog today :) As you know the theme of our ongoing Lawnscaping challenge is "Distress Mania" and I love that. There are so many ways you can add the distress look to your card. I first thought about distress inks but then thought of trying my new pan pastel. I distressed the edges of my card background!
I created my background using various small images from the "Summertime Charm" stamp set and pan pastel. For the center panel, I used "Home Sweet Home and Into the Woods" stamp sets.

Hope you got inspired and would play along too. It sure was fun :) Thanks for dropping by!!
