Ombre Gingham Background

Hi crafty friends!

It's Lexa here, today I'm going to show you how I make this awesome ombre gingham background. I use some of Lawn Fawn dye inks in shades of blue.
From the left to the right, Mermaid - Peacock - Fish Tank - Deep Sea.
Don't you love how solid and vibrant the colors are?

I use my Gingham Backdrops to create my own patterned paper, it looks so cool! I really love how it turns. So I decided to create a baby boy card using Hello Baby and the older baby set, Plus One. The crown on the baby bunny is originally from the frog prince, but I cut him off. Hehe.

I mask the ground for the images to stand, using the negative of stitched hills border. For the green inks I use Freshly Cut Grass and Celery. Yes, Lawn Fawn's dye inks are perfect for both stamping and blending.

I hope you enjoy and like my card as much as I do. Good day!
